Part 5: Replacement Threaded Doulton Ceramic Water Filter Candles

Doulton Cleanable Ceramic Filter Candles for HIP/HCP/HIS/HCS and GSS -Gravity Systems 

Note 1: Part Number (#) CU1200 - W9123053, Doulton UltraCarb Ultra Sterasyl Ceramic Drinking Water Filter Candles are three stage cleanable filtration cartridges, designed to remove suspended solids, pathogenic bacteria, chlorine, organic chemicals, hydrogen sulphide, heavy metals and lead in drinking water. In addition they will improve taste and reduce odours.  

Note 2: Doulton ceramic water filter candles are available to fit  Doulton water filter housings, British Berkefeld housings, Pristine Water Filters, and a host of other manufacturer's housings.  For example; in the product catalogue, a 'D' has been placed in front of the part numbers that fit Dynamic Stainless Steel counter top and under counter drinking water purifiers and an 'F' for Franke models.  If you are not sure of a part number replacement send an email to orders@doulton.ca with the dimensions of your current filter cartridge along with a digital picture and then call our toll free North America Technical Support Line 1-800-439-1671. We will ensure you receive the correct replacement.

Note 3: British Berkefeld gravity filter systems use Doulton ceramics. 

Note 4:The Black Berkey is not sold with Doulton ceramic candles however British Berkefeld and Doulton ceramics will fit the Black Berkey. British Berkefeld and Doulton are in no way affiliated with the Black Berkey nor the claims they make with regards to the removal efficiencies of their cartridges.
